Simply put, no. Supir does not offer refunds because drivers and transportation providers offer a resource that you cannot get back, time. If a service was provided and fulfilled, we cannot offer many options.
We encourage you to work out your differences with the Supir, and leave a detailed review of your experience.
However, that does not mean as a buyer you are not protected in the event you do not receive a service at all.
If an order is not completed, do not mark an order as completed and contact disputes@supir.app
If the Supir ultimately did not provide the service, then the money will be released and reversed back to the bank.
